Data Collection
We collect minimal user data necessary for bot functionality, including Discord User IDs, Guild IDs, and public profile information (username, avatarURL) provided by Discord OAuth2. We never sell or share this data outside the Nova ecosystem.
Message Processing
Messages are processed in real-time for Leveling (XP) and Automod (Security) purposes. Content is not stored permanently unless specifically required for system logs, and only with appropriate administrative permissions.
Cookie Infrastructure
Our dashboard uses essential cookies (NextAuth) to manage user sessions and authentication states. No third-party tracking pixels are deployed.
Right to Deletion
Users have the right to request deletion of all associated data at any time. This can be done via the support terminal or by contacting a system administrator.
