Protocol Access
Access to the Nova Ecosystem is granted on an at-will basis. Users agree to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and any server-specific rules enforced by administrators.
System Exploitation
Attempts to bypass security protocols, exploit economic bugs, or manipulate global leveling data via automated scripts or brute-force methods are strictly prohibited and will result in a global permanent ban.
Service Availability
Nova Ecosystem is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We strive for 99.9% uptime but reserve the right to suspend shard operations for maintenance or security audits.
Economic Subsystem
Virtual currency (Coins, Gems) and business dividends have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for legal tender. We reserve the right to perform economy wipes in case of critical hyper-inflation.
